Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

sex offender

I was convicted in Oct. 2006 of ''attempted sexual assault on a child''

I have since completed and passed all sexual history polygraphs, and maintenance polygraphs. and am one assignment away from completing 5.7 for sex offenders. Still, My Probation Officer seems to be just playing games with me. This P.O. (Officer Don Pino), is pulling rules and statutes out that I cannot in anyway verify to be fact. It appears that this said P.O. is just screwing with me. It has even been said that as an offender I don't have any rights. This comment was by an Officer 'Timothy' Dirk Kettlekamp. The question, Do I as an offender have to spend the rest of my life being punished and screwed with by these said P.O.s? Do I have ANY rights now or am not even considered an American because of this one stupid act? Would it be better for me to just keep my big mouth shut and not cause any waves with these people? I am very frustrated, not knowing what is there is ANYTHING I can do or if I even have any rights anymore? PLEASE help

Re: sex offender

largely you are in a real tough spot, but you need to have notice of the rules you are to follow - so, review all the rules with your PO so that you understand - get a list, have both of you sign it and keep a copy -

the judge is supposed to be able to approve or disapprove of rules that are not standard

good luck
