shoplifting $70.00 worth of food

two years ago accused of $60,000 stolen money served 3 months in jail, on probation, paying restitution, just got busted for stealing $70.00 worth of food , not arrested , have to go to court, started paying grocery store for demand for restitution, whats gonna happen?

Worst case, if convicted on shoplifting charge, prbation would e revoked on the felony theft charge. Then the court can sentence you to years in prison. Best case: the new shoplifting charge does not effect your probation. You need a lawyer BEFORE you go further on the shoplifting charge. It may be a petty offense, but don't treat it as petty. The results could be huge.
