Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My son is on mental health pre trial supervision and is supposed to take random UA's. the original charges are menacing. What will happen if he gets caught using fake pee? We're in Colorado.

At least two potential things can happen:
1) His bond gets revoked, and
2) The DA could add a seperate charge of Violation of Bond Conditions.
