Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My son is 16 years old. He has a prior shoplifting charge that was dismissed after he completed his probation. He was arrested on memorial day for waving a BB gun around at a park with kids playing. he did not shoot the BB gun, he was only waving it around. He is facing 3 felony menacing charges in Jefferson county. What can happen?
