When should you start the process of having your records sealed and also what would be the approximate cost. Thanks in advance

You can start the process even before you are eligible to seal, so that you can file the moment you become eligible to seal. To determine WHEN you are eligible, I would need to know several factors, like: dismissal/acquittal/deferred judgment/conviction; the type of offense; subsequent charges/convictions.
