Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

In the state of Colorado, is there a statue of limitations as to when they can revoke a probation? My husband has been off of unsupervised probabtion for over a year, and he got a motion to revoke that probation because of a charge he got 2 days before the probation was over. Why wouldn't they have revoked his probation at that point, and is it legal to wait for an entire year after he's completed it to revoke it?

They only have 30 days to file a motion to revoke. If the motion was filed within the 30 days, but you are only now getting it, you have trouble. If the motion was only filed recently, I would move to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
