help with an out of state warrant

I was charged with petty theft or something like that 9 years ago when i lived in colorado . i skipped out on my probation and community service but now I want to take care of it I live in arizona now and I dont know what i need to do or what i can do

First, you need to address the warrant. An arrest warrant likely went out for you years ago. It may have been dismissed over time. The case already has a conviction (probation would not have been instated until you pleaded guilty). You need to have the division pull your file, have the judge regrant probation, and you need to transfer probation to your new state. Further, know that the original probation has been revoked. The judge now can sentence you to ANYTHING you could have gotten originally. That could be probation (you hope) or jail, or both.
