What dose CLSD stand for?

In the context of minute orders, ROAs and ICONs in Colorado State courts that I have seen, it stands for Closed. But, closed is not what you think it means. While probation or prison time in on going, the court may designate it as closed. If there is a complaint or change, the case will be re-opened.
