Statute of limitation
if someone had felony charges, and a warrant for those charges, does the state have a certain time limit to find and arrest that person. And if so after that time limit do the charges get dissmissed?

Re: Statute of limitation
Once a case if filed, there is not statute of limitations issue. If there is a warrant for a filed case, then the State can prosecute whenever they have the person. Statute of Limitations issues goes to time period the Government has to file the case.
