Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Statute of limitations

I would like some information on the application of a statute of limitations, particularly dealing with the state of Colorado. In this case the person involved believes that a warrant has been issued. From what I have been told of the situation it would most likely be for credit card fraud (obtaining a credit card in someone else's name). Is there a statute of limitations on this type of crime in CO? Also, how long would a warrant be in effect? If there's a statute of limitations, when does it begin? When the warrant is issued? Thanks!
