Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Stealing and transfering a case
I stole in a store where I was working an amount of $350. I am paying it to them back. They press chages on me and I have to go to the court. I canged my location also since then but they do have the new adress. I have also used illegal paers to apply. What I wanna know is that are they going to first of all accept to judge me in the new state that I am. Secondly, what is going to happen to me when I am going to be in the court?

Your new state of residence has nothing to do with the charges. They must be handeled in the state where the crime occurred.
If you are a first offender and presently voluntarily making restitution, you will most likely be granted probation.
