What is the law in the state of colorado for the three strikes law.

It is the "habitual criminal" finding. It is a sentence enhancer that multiplies the presumptive maximum. it's 3x or 4x the presumptive max. An F2 8-24 can become an F2 >96 years. An F3 4-16 yrs becomes F3 up to 64 years.
