Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
theft
my husband works trashing out vacant apartments. he was told by his boss he could take whatever he wanted because the tenants had abandoned it,he also told him what apartments were still ocupied,well one of the unoccupied apts had alot of stuff in it that my husband took. the next morning his boss called and told him the apt was occupied and the tenant filed a police report, what kid of trouble can my husband get into?

If your husband followed his boss's instructions, and trashed out the correct apartment (correct in the sense that it was one his boss said to trash), he's not in trouble, though the boss is.
