Theft
If money was taken from a bank, by a employee...of 2500.00. the employee admits to the theft and is willing to pay it back, talked to the bank and to police officials. Has a court date. What is likely to be the outcome of the court date. within all those given factors?

Theft of over $500 is a felony of the 4th class, 2-8 years. The defendant can get alot less (up to no jail) depending on criminal history and the facts of this offense. Get counsel.
