Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Theft and unauthorized use of a transaction device
Last summer I was caught and confessed to felony theft and unauthorized use of a financial transaction device in Colorado. Since then I have moved to California and after having been granted one continuance in the case, I have since failed to appear and a warrant has been issued. I wish to clear this matter up and face the music. I am looking for an attorney who can help me through this process. I have been going to gambler's anonymous meetings and have a sponsor who has been helping me to get my life back on track. Obviously this situation has been hanging over my head for some time and I want to do everything possible to take care of this without wrecking my life further by having to go to jail. I am still in the rebuilding process of getting back on my feet financially and so I m looking for an attorney who can work out a payment plan with me. Thank You.
