Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
i am being threatened by well someone i am trying to make an ex but if she doesn't get her way she threatens to steal my vehicle and my pet what is my best course of action

The threats are extortion. Make a complaint to law enforcement.
Your other option is to seek a protective order.

Mr. Cassens is correct. It is extortion, if she is threatening to make you turn over your property to her against your will when she does not have lawful authority to possess your property, i.e. if she does not own the property. If by threat you mean she will just take it without your permission it would be theft.

You can always get a restraining order against her. Don't threaten to do it, just do it if you feel threatened.
