Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Time Limit For Holding

My husband got arrested Thursday May 8 for a warrant for not complying with probation out of another county. The warrant was issued in 2004. They are holding him here at the county jail. How long can he sit in there until the other county comes and gets him? What are his rights? What happens if they don't come get him? He is my sole provider and we are going through a lot of stuff with his son. His son was sexually abused while living with his mom and we are in the middle of a case with that. Is there something I can do to get him out sooner? He is being held without bond.

Re: Time Limit For Holding

On arrest of probationer: rev. hearing within 15 days BUT complaint must be filed in 5 working days or he must be released.
