Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Transfering Probation
I am trying to find out how I can get my probation transfered to another state? I have a family crisis and need desperatly to relocate back to North Dakota from Colorado? Can you tell me how to start the process. The crisis is my father is on life support if he recovers he is going to need 24hr help. I am the only single family member that would be a ble to assist on a 24hr basis.

If you are on supervised probation, start with your P.O. If you are unsupervised, start with the division.
