Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
How much trouble can a sixteen year old get in because a 13 year old says the sixteen year old supplied marijuana to him? Can the parents press charges? Do they even have a case?

They can be charged with a felony, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but the 16 year cold can only be charged in juvenile court, not adult felony court.
