unlawful consumption of a controlled substance
Does a police officer have the right to enter a residence without a search warrant and place me under arrest without reading me my rights?

Cops cannot enter a house without a search warrant unless there is an emergency situation, they have consent of the resident or they have an arrest warrant and that person is in the house. I fight this all the time and am very successful at this, pleas let me now if I can help. Good luck.
