Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Ok can video taken secretly in my home be used do discredit me the vicitm in a DV criminal case pending, can it be shown in court by his family PI friend? I am raising and hv been raising the kids no support from any of them, and the signs of redone painted walls is really disturbing to me and the kids. But I cannot pinpoint axactly where. I've bee told they hv video and are presenting it to the court at his next trial date in june. I also stated "I do not accurately recall" any of the date in question so to. Avoid his gang retaliation. Of which is exactly what is happening now. What can I do to find out forsure?
