violating a restraining order
My question is about what will happen at court with four charges of two harassment charges and one count of tresspassing and one count of violating a restraining order

These sound like misdemeanors. The likely outcome depends on your prior record and if you want to accept the plea offer. This is likely a domestic violence case. These usually require 36 weeks of domestic violence counseling and 12 months of probation.
If you did not commit the crime, then you should take it to trial. Even if you did, the DA may not be able to prove it.
