violating supervised probation
Menacing with deadly weapon charged, now on 3 yrs supervised probation, got a domestic violence charge, how much time will be given, and will probation be revoked?

Probation is violated only if you are convicted of the new charge. The same if you plead guilty to the new charge. It then will likely be revoked. It may be re-instated and modified. You'll need to deal with probation at the same time (and in the same deal) as the new charge.
