Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
Is this a violation?
Ex is under a no contact order that was modified that we could talk concerning the kids. Is it a violation if he ask to modify or drop the order so we can have contact. He wants to drop off the kids at my home etc. he said it would be better for the kids. Could charges be brought against him for this type of communication? If so what would the charges be?

Re: Is this a violation?
If the no contact order was modified so that you could talk together concerning the kids, and you talked together concerning the kids, he hasn't violated anything.
Re: Is this a violation?
If the modified RO allows him to communicate with you regarding the children, and this communication with you was regarding the children, he has adhered to the RO.
