Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
violation of probation
If someone is being charged with ID theft what would his sentence most likely be If that someone commited that crime as a minor and then violates their probation as an adult, what would they be sentenced with? and would they be tried as a minor or an adult?

A probation violation triggers the possibility of reverting to your original sentence, which was the sentence you could have received as a minor.
