Re: violation of restraining order
Based on the facts in your story, you will not be arrested. However, I believe you are leaving something out. The suject line refers to a restraining order. Is it an expired or active order? Against her? Against you? Against someone else? If she is violating a restraining order, she will be arrested. If you are, you may be.
Re: violation of restraining order
Assuming the restraining order you refer to is to keep you away from your wife, you absolutely can be arrested if it calls for no contact with her.
You don't really need to report your broken glasses and your black eye, unless you are terribly fond of jail food.
Re: violation of restraining order
Any contact with the subject of a restraining order can and most likely will get you charged with violation of a restraining order. If you do get reported by your ex and the cops come to arrest you, be cooperative but under no circumstances make any kind of a statement to them concerning any contact with her, simply say you want to discuss this with your attorney before answering any of their questions. Good luck.
