Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
i was visted by irs special agent who said my credit card showed up as a record in a spa...they told me i am not in trouble but want to talk to me...do i need a lawyer?

Yes, you should never speak to law enforcement without first having a lawyer make sure there is no risk to you. This is something a lawyer can find out, and if there is any risk at all, you should not speak but have your lawyer handle the situation.

You will need a lawyer if you ever speak with any government agent. Do NOT speak to this (or any other) government agent without counsel. Politely decline to speak with them.
