Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I have two Warrants, what are the time limitations of these warrants

Hi, my question is i have two misdemeanor crimes on my record, and i believe that i have two bench warrants for these crimes, cause i have failed to show up for them, so im just kind of curious on how long these bench warrants stayed valid for?

Fundamentally bench warrants are forever. There is no time limit applicable to a fugitive, which is what you are. So long as a defendant is on fugitive status, all statutory limitations periods are tolled until capture.

You are best advised to return to the court which issued the warrants and deal with them. Otherwise you will have the potential of being arrested if you are apprehended within the jurisdiction of the court.
