Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
what will happen in court?
was caught stealing money from cash register from 2nd job. signed $2500 civil restitution paper. was released on bail with a court date of july 9th just concerned about the sentence as have a pregnant about to deliver and afraid to lose dayjob. did it cause we have to move out. I know stupid!

What will happen on July 9? Most likely you will walk out of the courthouse, still innocent. There are an awful lot of questions that I have. These questions are not answered by your post. Call me. I'll ask questions. You'll answer them.

It is hard to say, as there are unknowns, such as the DA's position, the judge you draw, your criminal history, age and other factors. If you want, give me a call. Good luck.
