withdrawl of plea
Can someone withdraw a plea based on the defendants outcome of there plea bargain. I was a co-defendant, aand another party was the defendant. I plea to a
F-3 , his PD took it to trial and ended up with a misdeamenor and 100.00 fine. Can that be used a vaulable tool for the withdraw for the co-defendant.? What other areas can be useful for fileing approperate motions. ?

You can't withdraw your plea because someone else did better by going to trial. You roll the dice, or you don't. Sorry.

One person's sentence cannot be increased because another defendant went to trial and got a longer sentence. The opposite is also true.
