Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
If I have a witheld ajudification do I still have to awnser yes to a felony conviction when turning in a federal application for a weapons permit?

For most, if not nearly all, situations, the federal system treats a pending deferred adjudication/sentence as a conviction while it is running. For that matter, so do most states.
