Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
I wrongfully accused someone of abuse and now he is facing multiple charges even though i never pressed charges. i was very intoxicated and the police took it upon themselves to arrest him without any proof other than my beligerant statements. is there any way to reverse or get the charges dropped before he spends any more $ on lawyer fees?
