Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Last year I received a deferred felony change (2 years) probation and a misdemeanor (theft of drugs). Will the deferred sentence be removed from my record after the 2 year probationary period. Thanks in advance

Yes, but not automatically. You have to comply will all conditions of the deferred, then file a petition to seal. So, it is possible to do that. I can help make that happen. You can do it yourself.
