If I got 3 DUI tickets and they were all 5-6 years ago and did not go to court for them but instead moved out of the country. I know that currently there is a warrant out for failure to appear. Is there a statue of limitations for them?

Once they are filed, the Statute is satisfied. Sometimes, courts will have warrants that are only a few years long and then close the case. This tends to be an older procedure, but I have clients that have benefitted.
Sometimes, the DA has trouble proving the case after so long too.
