Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

2nd DUI charge w/in 6 years

I was issued DUI ticket - submitted to blood sample at hospital (I was only one injured). What are possible consequences as far as jail time/possible probation &/or community service?

It depends on the judge. You could be facing 30 days in jail.
