Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

2nd DUI/ Driving W/O license

Hi,

I was just arrested last night for my second DUI in Colorado(Douglas County). I blew a .089, also I had a suspended license from my first DWAI which was in Jan. 2006. So I was charged with driving under revokation. That was my second offense with that too because I was stopped for driving without a license in June 2006. My question is this: I am willing to do just about anything to avoid jail, so is this possible? House arrest? Rehab? A lot of community service? I also served 26 hours in jail before I was bailed, so could a ''time served'' be negotiated? A little side note: I was driving for literally 10 seconds, but that is a long story.

Avoiding jail is a long shot, but not impossible. You should fight the charges as long as possible.
