2nd dui in 6 months
i got charge with a dui and driving with excessive alcohol content and driving with license under restraint i also have a dui charge in feburary this year that i have not gone to court yet my license was revoke for one year for refusing blood test on that dui and my newest dui my breath test was 1.7 i also had a dwai in 95 what type of punishment am im looking out and how much more time will my license be revoke for

It depends on the judge. Your license could be affected for 2 or 3 years.
