I was arrested for a DWAI. Is there a time limit for me to enter a plea. My next court date will be six months after my arrest and I still have not entered a plea of guilty of not guilty. The offense took place in Colorado

There is no time limit, but if you enter a not guilty plea, trial must be within 6 months.
