This case involved an accident, in which i did not see my daughter getting in the vechile i was driving, and i ran her over, i was in shock the police came and i walked away from the roadside test to get to my daughter,i agreed to a blood test that was done an hour later would the state of shock i was in affect this test

This are studies that suggest that shock or trauma will affect a blood test to some degree.
Every DUI has defenses, some better than others. I suggest you hire a good lawyer to defend you - he/she can find more defenses in one reading of the discovery and discussion with you than 10 of these emails will.
Are you charged with child abuse of any type or vehicular assault??? These could be felonies and more important than the dui. The blood test will be important to those cases also.
The field tests are voluntary and therefore, you do not have to do them - refusing to do them once you start is not against the law. You also have a very good reason to stop doing them.
