Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Bail not paid, jail time till hearing, further jail time or release after hearin

My fiance was arrested for DUI and released, and given his car keys. He was arrested the same night again 3 hours later for DUI. He refused a blood test, and was put in jail with a $10,000 bond. Not being able to afford the bond he will have been in jail for 5 days until his hearing. Will he be released from jail after the hearing, and will he remain in jail with a $10,000 bond?

The judge will decide that at the bond hearing.
