My boyfriend recieved a DUI about a yr and a half ago, he was 18 and is still on probation for it due to the felonies that may be attached. Recently he got an mip and did not admit to drinking and refused to blow. If he doesn't get this ticket dropped he will have is probation violated and will be sent to jail. What arguments can we use in order to beat the case? Also what arguments can be used against a cop that does not follow the books in which case he violated my boyfriends rights?
