Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Breath test results

After I was arrested, I ''blew'' a 0.08. I thought that was too high for the number of drinks I had. Are there any things besides the alcohol which could have affected the breath test to make my results that high?

Re: Breath test results

Yes. Many things can invalidate a breath test. You may have burped within 20 minutes of taking the test. You may work with solvents. You may be diabetic. The machine may not be properly calibrated. The simulator may not be functioning properly. You should have an experienced DUI attorney look into this.
