No breathalizer/refused
When I was stopped, I refused the breathalizer. I have already been through the first of the two court cases in which I lost my licenses for a year. What should I expect in the next court appearance? Will I get the maximum penalty? This is also my first offense.

Re: No breathalizer/refused
It depends on the county your court appearance is in. Some DA's will reduce the charges, others won't. You should expect public service, alcohol classes and a fine. You should consult with an attorney.
