What are the chances of Jefferson County, Colorado reinsating my misdemeanor DUI probation (this would be my 2nd reinstatement) as opposed to sentencing me jail time after I have been "on the run" in Texas for 1 year - if I furnish proof of alcoholism treatment and a full-time job being held the entire time?

That being said, you've done the correct things to help yourself; namely proof that you've brought your problem under control and maintained employment. I also suggest that if you've any other unfinished terms of probation, (public service, etc.) that you complete those as well before you turn yourself in.
