Colorado drivers license

What is the criteria for applying and getting a colorado drivers license when you have been revoked in another state for a 3rd Dwi(NJ)

Colorado will follow the license suspension in other states. But, after one year of no driving, then you may apply for a DL in Colorado. You may still be denied, but you can apply. I suspect they will give you a license and force you to have an interlock on your car.
