Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

COLORADO DUI LAW: Penalty Guidelines for DWAI plus DUI

What are the penalty guidelines In the state of Colorado, for a DUI conviction when there is a previous conviction for DWAI within 18 months?

ie. Does Colorado DUI law consider the 2nd driving violation as a ''second'' conviction? And how do out-of-state DUI convictions in the state of Texas affect the penalties in Colorado, as in do out-of-state convictions ''count'' as subsequent convictions thereby adding to the penalties in Colorado?
