Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Cutting Corners with DUI's

My buddy just got arrested for a DUI and blew a .186, we attend a school that this may possibly get him kicked out of, is there anything we can do legally to avoid the DUI or postpone any possible conviction? Looking for a lot of help for my buddy. Thank you

Re: Cutting Corners with DUI's

Every DUI should be fully invesitigated for possible defenses. If they are found or if a fair plea bargain is not found, the case should be set for trial. This process will postpone a conviction and may possible avoid one.
