Driving a motorcycle around the block in my neighborhood. Heavy rains left lots of loose gravel on street. Temporarily lost control but made it home. Witness called into police. Police showed up at my home, I was not on motorcycle and had 3 beers since returning home. I was taken for a breathalyzer and it came back over the legal limit. Have been summoned for DUI. Is this legal/valid?

Drinking after driving is a valid defense, but it is best to have a qualified DUI attorney deal with it. You need to request a DMV hearing ASAP (within 7 days of test) or you could lose your license (if BAC .08 or more).
Request DMV hearing at your local DMV office ASAP, then get an attorney.
