Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

DUI to under age drinking

8 years ago I was arrested in Boulder for sleeping in my car with the keys in the ignition. I plead down to under aged drinking since I wasn't actually driving. My record still says DUI-misdemeaner. Is this correct and can I do anything about getting it off?

Re: DUI to under age drinking

It will take a trip to the Boulder Court to pull the records then point out the error to the clerk. You may have to follow up with CBI and/or the FBI. It is not uncommon for judgments to be entered into the databases incorrectly. Do you know if the error is in NCIC, CCIC or both?
