Looking for a new DUI attorney
I have paid $3000 for an attorney's services and I am not happy with his performance. I have left 3 messages for him to call me because I have some questions and he has not returned my calls. Would I be able to ''fire'' him and receive any money back so I can find a new attorney who is willing to return my calls and answer my questions?

Re: Looking for a new DUI attorney
A lawyer works at the pleasure of his or her client. You can fire your attorney at any time for any reason or no reason. Any money you have handed over as a retainer that has not been billed against must immediately be returned to you.
Good luck.
